A Three – Day Onsite Immersion
The Executive Avian Management Masterclass
You are not attending training. You are conducting a structured onsite audit of a live 2,000-specimen facility — and departing with the blueprint for your own.

Onsite immersion — SEA's largest managed aviary
Directors, Curators, Veterinarians & Wildlife Operators
This is not a classroom. It is a working facility of 2,000 specimens.
The finest avian operations are run as integrated systems — measured, audited, and engineered to a defensible standard. For three days, you will move through one of them at scale: not observing from a lecture hall, but auditing a live operation across exotic and conservation species, and translating what you see into a plan for your own institution.
The Immersion
Three days of privileged access inside a working operation, culminating in a deliverable you take home.
Pillar I
Supervised, white-coat immersion into active veterinary laboratories, quarantine zones, and diagnostic suites — with exposure to advanced imaging: digital radiography, CT scanning, and endoscopy.
Pillar II
Interrogate the operational command dashboards and AI-augmented analytics — feed-conversion ratios, mortality-reduction thresholds, thermal and airflow control, and high-density genetic lineage tracking.
Pillar III
Through guided mentorship with senior specialists, build a custom, funding-ready feasibility model and CapEx roadmap to establish, operate, or expand your own facility.

CAPSTONE
Delegates do not leave with lecture notes. Each departs with a custom, funding-ready feasibility model and Capital Expenditure roadmap — the tangible asset that turns three days of audit into a decision a board can act on.
Registration
Cohorts are deliberately small to protect clinical access, biosecurity, and the quality of one-on-one mentorship. Five details begin the process.
Extended to Zoo Directors, Wildlife Facility Operators, Senior Veterinarians, HODs, and Researchers.
Your details are held in confidence, used solely to administer your application, and never shared with third parties.
